Beachside Bakeshop is owned and operated by me, Darcy Predieri (with a lot of help from my family!).  I moved to Ocean Isle Beach in 2021, but I have been visiting the area for years and have grown to love it here.  I graduated from Johnson & Wa les University where I studied Baking and Pastry Arts and have experience working in fine dining and large scale bread bakeries.  I have always wanted to have my own bakery, but I also have a passion for teaching.  So I decided to open a small scale, craft bakery that I could operate as a pickup and delivery service, while I continue my education to become a teacher.

My goal is to provide the Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach areas with unique, high quality pastries.  I believe that most people can make good food, but who wants to do the grocery shopping, prep, baking, and clean up when you live (or vacation) in a place as gorgeous as this?  Let me take care of the details so that you can enjoy a sweet treat in a beautiful place!
